- I manage my own business and create innovative bread products exclusively for my bakery. I invented the Obama Pandesal, the three Pacquiao breads (Siete Coronas de Pacquiao, Brazo de Pacquiao and Pan de Pacquiao -- all named after Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao)and a healthy fruit drink called Pacquiao Punch. In addition, I also created a special muffin-like bread named Genesis Loaf (the name is from popular singer and movie actress Patricia Javier aka Genesis) and many more. My marketing strategy is to produce more products to give customers a wide selection to choose from. My products speak for me. And their high quality shows the very exacting standards that are followed strictly in my bakery.
